What are floral diagrams and floral formulas?
Floral diagrams and floral formulas are tools used by botanists to represent the structure and arrangement of floral parts in a standardized and concise manner. Floral diagrams are graphical representations of a flower's structure, showing the relative position and number of floral parts such as sepals, petals, stamens, and carpels. On the other hand, floral formulas are shorthand notations that use symbols and numbers to represent the same information as the floral diagram, including the symmetry, fusion, and number of each floral part. Both floral diagrams and floral formulas are useful for comparing the floral structures of different plant species and for studying floral evolution and diversity. **

Fender Jazzmaster 3-Color Sunburst 1965 Vintage Electric Guitar Vintage Sunburst - RefurbishedMainland UK buyers ONLY. MORE PHOTOS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. This is a stunning vintage 1965 Fender Jazzmaster in 3-Color Sunburst finish. Fender's Jazzmaster was introduced in 1958, and at the time was the most expensive guitar available from the manufacturer. It was intended for jazz players, and as such had several features intended to ingratiate itself with them. This included the offset waist, which made the guitar sit more comfortably on the leg when playing in a seated position as jazz guitarists often do. The Jazzmaster was the first Fender instrument to feature a Rosewood fingerboard, emulating the more traditional jazz guitars. The new 'rhythm circuit' produced a dark, mellow tone that Leo Fender thought would be perfect for smooth jazz lines. The instrument even had a completely new floating 'tremolo' design- which of course produces a vibrato effect- that had a locking mechanism to improve tuning stability when the tremolo wasn't in use. The Jazzmaster was ultimately discontinued in 1980 after years of dwindling sales. The instrument never caught on with its target market of Jazz players, but was very successful amongst surf rockers. In later years the instruments gained popularity in alternative scenes such as new wave, shoegaze & grunge. The serial number & specification of this guitar indicate that it was manufactured in 1965, with several indicating factors that point towards its completion in early/mid 1965. These include the neck stamp '4FEB65B' which indicates the neck was style 4 (Jazzmaster), stamped in Feb '65 & was of standard profile (B). It's widely accepted that 'L' serial numbers left the factory between '63 & '65. The lack of nail or clamping holes indicates the guitar was finished after 1964 when the holes were no longer required due to the use of a drying tree. The pot codes are easily legible, and read the 50th week of '63 & 08th week of '65. Fender kept their parts in large batches so it's quite reasonable for a guitar to have pots from different years. The headstock logo is the transitional logo rather than the 'Spaghetti Logo' that was in use until around '64. The fingerboard is inlaid with clay dots, rather than the pearloid dots which were introduced around late '64. There were always crossovers with some of these features, and this, amongst the other factors outlined above are strong signs that this instrument was produced right around the transition to the commonly accepted '65 spec. The Maple neck plays fantastically well, with a profile that feels somewhat like an even 'C' shape. This encourages ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers & ensures comfortable playability across the neck. The Gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The wear to the rear of the neck, as well as the light fingerboard wear and gentle battle scarring to the body add to the vintage feel & vibe of the instrument, and make it very inspiring in the hands. The offset body with generous cutaways...9030,00 £*Shipping: 0,00 £Secure redirect to the provider

Fender 60th Anniversary Triple Jazzmaster Daphne Blue 2018 Electric Guitar blue - RefurbishedThis is a Fender 60th Anniversary Triple Jazzmaster Electric Guitar in Daphne Blue finish. Made in the USA in 2018, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Jazzmaster/Jaguar Bridge with a Vintage-Style Floating Tremolo, Vintage-style Tuners, Chrome hardware, and three Tim Shaw Designed Custom Humbucking Pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, a 5-way pickup selector, and an all-pickups-on switch (middle position only). The Maple neck plays very well, with the 60s Oval 'C' shape profile filling the hand nicely for an authentically vintage-inspired yet articulate playing experience across the register. The gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale, and along with the offset body design and generous cutaway the full 21 fret range of the instrument is easily accessible. The offset body is supremely comfortable in both standing and seated positions, and allows for convenient placement of the extensive controls, ensuring that everything is within easy reach without being intrusive to the playing experience. The trio of Tim Shaw Designed Custom Humbuckers installed in this guitar offer a full and thick tone, exactly as you would expect from their 'Filter-tron' counterparts. The humbucker in the neck delivers a warm low end, driving mids and rounded yet clear high frequencies, perfect for rock solo tones. The middle pickup provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst offering strat-esque quack in positions “2 and 4” of the 5-way blade switch. The humbucker in the bridge is hotter and provides a bright tone that saturates beautifully into distortion as you crank the gain, easily cutting through the mix. The wiring offers comprehensive control of your tone without over-complicating things whilst adding an authentically vintage feel to the playing experience. Luthier Report Our ID: 1230626218530 Weight: 8.55lbs Serial: US18042060 Aesthetic Condition: Headstock: Overall very good condition, the top edges demonstrate scuffing and indentation that has discolored the finish. This is rough beneath the finger. Similar scuffing is apparent to the front top treble side edge. All aspects of the headsock demonstrate light scratching and indentation, most notable to the top of the rear face visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. Neck: Overall very good condition, the binding demonstrates wear and chipping of the finish to both the treble and bass side. This has discolored somewhat over time, highlighting the areas with this issue. A moderate indentation to the binding, piercing the finish, is apparent to the bass side beside the 11th fret. The rear of the neck demonstrates light yet consistent indentation and scratching, piercing the finish in the upper register. Body: Overall very good condition, the edges of the body demonstrate several instances of chipping revealing the wood beneath....1590,00 £*Shipping: 0,00 £Secure redirect to the provider
